Hello,

I am trying to find if there is a clear definition of major infrastructure in terms of LIFE financial instrument. Maybe I am missing something but it is not described in the guidelines nor commented in the Common provisions... There was a reference provided if I remember right  but I can not remember right now. Can anybody help me? Thanks.  Smiley
